Wired Wax Foundation - Small Cell (Medium, Long Hook)

Small cell (4.9mm) wax sheets of Crimped Wired Foundation developed by Dadant & Sons Inc. Steel Hook fits behind the wedge in wedge top bar frames. 9 vertical crimped steel wires create strength to support perfectly milled cells deep exact walls. 

We recommend adding cross wires in deep frames. Foundation is 5 5/8 inches x 16 3/4 inches to fit 6 1/4 frames. Approximately 11 sheets per pound. Use wedge top bar only and grooved or slotted bottom bar.

Shipping Alert

Wax foundation will freeze and crack, crumble or otherwise be damaged if shipped below 5 C. It is W&H's preference to not ship below this temperature. Only if specifically instructed will this item be shipped during periods when freezing is possible. The buyer will assume all risks and no returns will be accepted due to damage wax foundation.
