Where we started
The two owners of Worker and Hive are passionate beekeepers who met at a local bee association meeting. With decades of retail, customer service and beekeeping experience between the two of them, they had the collective thought, ‘there has to be a better way to buy bee equipment locally and on the world wide web.’ From that concept and a few years of research, Worker and Hive was built. At W&H, we want to provide you with the best customer service in the bee supply industry, have quality products, and always have what you need in stock. We know our customers are number one, and hopefully, we can be your number one bee supply store!

What bees mean to us
It’s kind of cliche to say, but bees mean EVERYTHING! Educating people about the crucial roles of pollinators and the issues they face in our environmentally challenged world today is important to us. Bees have been taking care of themselves for millions of years; we are just here to help them through these challenging times with sound management practices and an excellent environment for them to thrive.
