Social Saturday - Oct 24, 2026

Want to chat bees? We do!

Come to a Social Saturday and let's chat bees.

Coffee is on and cookies are made. All that is missing is you. Social Saturdays are a free community building event where you can stop by and meet fellow beekeepers, have a coffee or a tea and chat bees.

HIVE PRODUCTS: FROM HONEY TO PROPOLIS — October 24 | 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Honey isn't the only treasure in the hive! This month, let's talk about all hive products: pollen, propolis, beeswax, and honey, of course. How are these products collected, what can they be used for, and what do we know about their potential health benefits? Share your experiences, ask questions, and learn from fellow beekeepers over a relaxed morning of coffee, conversation, and all things bees.

Location: Worker and Hive Education Hub #102, 4215 - 72 Ave SE Calgary.
Date:  October 24, 2026
Time: 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM

There is no need to sign up, just come by.
