Availability & Ordering

• Select Your Date: Please choose the date you require.
  • Past dates that appear available indicate queens ready for immediate pickup.
• Limited Quantities: Orders are not guaranteed until paid in full.

Arrival & Pickup

• Expected Arrival: Typically late afternoon (subject to weather or flight delays).
• Location: Calgary (we’ll notify you via email once the queens arrive).
• Pickup Window: Within 24 hours of arrival notification. Beyond this time, queen health becomes the purchaser’s responsibility—whether picked up or not.

Shipping (Within Western Canada)

• Cost: $35 for up to 4 queens via Canada Post - Please indicate your nearest Canada Post office, as we will only ship "hold for Pickup".
• Risk: All shipping is at the purchaser’s risk; please inquire with Robert for more details.

Shipping (Rest of Canada)

• Cost: please call for estimate. Previous orders have been in the range of $75 - $200 for air freight (Vancouver / Montreal)
  
• Billing: Our online store will charge $35 at checkout. The balance will be determined once arrangements have been made. We will contact you shortly after your purchase.

• Potential Delays: Occasional delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
• Bulk Orders: Special pricing available for orders of 20+. Please inquire.
• Tariffs: Should any new tariffs or fees be introduced (or existing tariffs increased) between your order date and delivery date, the additional cost will be passed through to you at cost. No cancellations will be allowed due to this factor.

• Within 7 Days of Pickup: Final sale only, with no changes or refunds.
