It's main function of the device is to cream honey.  The process takes place by pumping the  raw material,  e.g. from one container to another, or in a system with one container. It is a "mechanical grinding" of honey crystals through the gear module used in this device. This device, thanks to the continuous pumping of honey for several days, allows you to achieve the right consistency. Honey subjected to this process, when stored at a constant temperature, retains its loose consistency for many months. The length of the creaming process depends on the type of honey, the ambient temperature, and the water content in the honey.
