Infused Mocktail Workshop

Get ready for an evening of craft, flavor, and creativity at our Infused Mocktail Workshop in Calgary! In collaboration with Wendy Peters of Spirit of the Wench, join us as we explore the world of honey-infused mocktails and learn to make three signature drinks along with the delicious infused honey that makes them shine.

During the workshop, you’ll learn to craft:

• Yuletide Sparkler – tart cranberry, bright citrus, and spiced clove honey, sparkling with holiday cheer.
• Smoked Cherry Tea Old Fashioned – bourbon-inspired honey infused with vanilla, orange, and cardamom, layered with smoked black tea and cherry-pomegranate juices.
• Thyme & Lemon Sparkler – herbal thyme and sweet honey meet apple cider vinegar and soda water for a bright, bubbly, refreshingly sophisticated drink.
• Infused honey - craft your very own infused honey. Learn all the tips and tricks

You'll leave with your own personalized infused honey and a small smoking board to enjoy at home — perfect for recreating your favorite mocktail.

This workshop is for ages 16+ and all skill levels. All supplies are included, and the evening is designed for a relaxed, creative atmosphere. Enjoy  learning mixology and honey infusing techniques, well sharing a fun experience with fellow participants.
