Pre-Order Notice
This item is currently available for pre-order. We expect our shipment to arrive approximately in the end of April (ETA subject to change). Once we receive confirmed delivery dates, we will update this page and notify customers via our newsletter.

Amiflex is a 7-day treatment that can be applied once or twice per year per colony.

This treatment offers high flexibility, allowing application before, after, and between honey flows, as long as the bees are active in the hives, with no withdrawal period after treatment. Please note that treatment must always be carried out without honey supers.

Even when brood is present, Amiflex delivers a rapid knock-down effect on varroa mites, making it an effective solution when quick mite reduction is needed.

In case of high infestation, up to two consecutive applications may be carried out, with a 7-day interval between treatments. Please keep in mind that no more than two applications may be conducted per year.

Amiflex can also be applied at the end of the season, just before a slow-release treatment. Used this way, it provides an initial knock-down effect, helping to prepare honey bee colonies for a successful overwintering. Combining a flash treatment with a slow-release treatment ensures both fast mite reduction and long-term control.

Please note that Amiflex does not replace long-acting treatments. It is designed as an additional tool within an integrated varroa control strategy.

Directions for use.

Amiflex is quick and easy to apply. The gel is ready to use straight from the syringe – no preparation required. Simply insert the syringe into the dosing gun and apply the treatment.

The dedicated dosing gun ensures accurate and consistent dosing, delivering 3 mL per application. Apply 2 doses of 3mL of Amiflex gel per brood chamber:

  • Double-body hive: 4 doses of 3 mL (12 mL total)
  • Single-body hive: 2 doses of 3 mL (6 mL total)

Amiflex is available in two formats:

  • Starter Pack: includes 1 dosing gun, 10 syringes (each containing 120ml), 400 wooden supports.
  • Refill Pack: includes 10 syringes (each containing 120ml), 400 wooden supports.

Each pack covers up to 200 single-brood hives or 100 double-brood hives.
