Promotion Overview

Enjoy free shipping when you spend $350 or more (before tax and discounts) on eligible HiveIQ products. You can mix and match across the full range of HiveIQ items to meet the minimum purchase requirement.

Eligibility

• Offer applies exclusively to online orders placed through our website.
• Minimum order value of $350 CAD (before taxes and discounts) must be met with HiveIQ products only.
• Assembled HiveIQ boxes, kits and stands are excluded. 
• Canadian addresses only, with some exceptions.
  
• Offer valid from November 28 - December 5

Shipping Details

Free shipping applies to most Canadian addresses.
However, the following exclusions apply:

• • PO Boxes

  • Northwest Territories

  • Yukon

  • Nunavut

  • Select remote regions of Newfoundland (based on courier accessibility)

For excluded or hard-to-reach locations, we will apply a $75 shipping credit toward the actual shipping cost.

We reserve the right to adjust the shipping method or price if the address falls outside standard delivery areas.

Returns

• If you choose to return any part of your order, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• Products must be returned in original condition, and additional terms may apply. Additional terms— please refer to the return details listed on each product page.

• If returning items brings your HiveIQ subtotal below $350, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
