Queen Guarantee

Our queens are guaranteed to be alive and in good condition at the time of pickup or shipment.

Once queens leave our care, we cannot guarantee their acceptance, performance, health, or survival. Queen introduction success depends on many factors beyond our control, including weather, shipping conditions, colony condition, and individual beekeeping practices.

Ordering & Availability

• Please select your desired pickup date when ordering.
• All dates refer to the Wednesday of the week we expect to receive the queens.
  
• Orders are not reserved until paid in full.
• Quantities are limited and occasional delays may occur.

Arrival & Pickup

• We will notify purchasers by email once queens arrive in Calgary.
• Queens typically arrive around 2:00 PM on Wednesday, although delays may occur.
  
• Queens should be picked up within 24 hours of notification.
• Queen health becomes the purchaser's responsibility after this period, whether picked up or not.

Shipping

• Shipping may be available within Alberta for $35 (up to 3 queens).
• Shipping is at the purchaser's risk.
• Please contact Robert for shipping arrangements and details.

• Occasional delays in availability may occur.
  

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellations, refunds, or date changes made more than 7 days before the selected pickup date are subject to a 20% administration fee.
• Orders within 7 days of the selected pickup date are final sale and cannot be changed, cancelled, or refunded.
