Important notes regarding queens:

• Due to limited quantities being available, orders are not reserved until paid in full.
• We will notify purchasers once queens have arrived in the store.
• Purchaser is responsible for pickup within 24 hours. Queen's health is the responsibility of purchaser after this period, whether picked up or not.
• Shipping may be available within Alberta at purchasers costs ($35 for up to 3 queens) and risk. Please inquire with Robert for details. 
• Occasional delays in availability may occur. 
• Inquire for special pricing and on orders of 25+

Cancellations, refunds and date changes outside of 7 days of selected date will incur a 15% fee. Orders within 7 days are Final Sale only. Queens are a special order item that are administratively heavy to organize.  Please keep this in mind when ordering.
