Each Field Day focuses on a different seasonal topic, with live demonstrations, practical instruction, and plenty of opportunities to ask questions.
Hands-On Mite Testing & Treatment Application
Varroa mite management is one of the most important parts of successful fall hive preparation. Join us for a practical session focused on testing your colonies and applying appropriate treatments.
During this Field Day, you'll learn:

As the beekeeping season comes to an end, it's time to prepare your colonies for the challenges of winter. This Field Day will focus on the essential steps for getting your hives ready for the colder months ahead.
You'll learn about:

✓ Reducing entrances and protecting against pests
